The 360° panoramic observatory

Soar to a height of 55 metres and more, amidst past and future, while keeping your feet firmly on the ground. Let your gaze wander from Saint Mark’s bell tower in the heart of Venice to the Euganean Hills and the Dolomites, and then on to Mestre, with its large factories and the banks of the port of Venice, coloured by thousands of containers ready to embark on yet another journey.
A spectacle that breathtaking sunsets and a thousand evening lights make even more exciting. The journey continues with a view of the new cable-stayed bridge and the increasingly impressive ships under construction. Down there, lorries, cars and people move about like like ants in constant motion. They are the architects behind the continuous creation of new places and, for us at the top, of new horizons; they are the bearers and ferrymen of the capabilities of Porto Marghera.
The panoramic terrace is located on the top floor of the Tower at a height of 55 metres. This is the ideal place in which to host press conferences, meetings, B2B events, training sessions, coffee breaks, lunches, aperitifs, and so on, offering a perfect overview of the work - and a 360° perspective on the multi-sectorialism - of Venezia Marghera. Each of the 30 windows surrounding the observatory becomes an interactive whiteboard, allowing visitors to observe the moving economy and businesses “live” as they contribute to the country’s GDP, on which everyone’s daily well-being depends.
Vertical arena

Inside the hyperboloid, a vertical space of 400 m2 has been created with a suggestive view of the cone of over 40 meters. A futuristic project involves the construction of a 102-seat mezzanine to create a unique vertical arena in the world. An ideal place for theatrical shows, dance, concerts, exhibitions, artistic performances and exclusive events. Every contribution can make a difference at this stage.

Distinguished by its elegant design reminiscent of Venice, this is the ideal place in which to host temporary exhibitions, coffee breaks, networking lunches and event welcome desks.

The Terrace, with a 54 sqm glass floor, can be accessed from the two foyers located on the first floor. This particularly impressive outdoor space is truly unique throughout the world: visitors walking on the transparent glass floor, as if suspended in mid air, can see with their own eyes the grandeur and architectural elegance of the hyperboloid from the inside.
The House of Business Museography
Ground Floor
A multi-purpose, 600 sqm space featuring circular glass walls making it extremely bright. A natural place in which to host temporary themed exhibitions, it is currently used as an exhibition-museum space, equipped with 6 video projectors, a digital totem, a state-of-the-art lighting system, video surveillance cameras, air conditioning/heating, and blackout curtains to make the experience truly immersive. The spaces also feature a reception area, a cloakroom and toilets/restrooms.
Coworking & Expo Space
Basement
Bright, 360°, circular space, ideal for co-working. 600 sqm fitted with windows, columns and exhibition walls that separate the space into various areas, also ideal for temporary exhibitions. This is a high-potential floor under construction. Every contribution can make a difference at this stage.
